JV Softball Triangular is canceled for Saturday!
At Wednesday night's school board meeting, 6th-grade student Kason Volkmer was recognized as the March Middle School Spotlight Student! The next day, 11th-grade student Olivia Forseth was given her certificate for being the March High School Spotlight Student! Thank you, Kason & Olivia for shining bright at Clayton! Look for more information on these two outstanding students in the April Newsletter, out soon!
Also recognized at the meeting were Lisa Berghammer (1st-grade teacher) and Jeni Donath (school counselor) for their commitment to the Clayton School District and the students. Mrs. Berghammer and Ms. Donath are the March Spotlight Staff!
The 5th grade took advantage of the wind today and tried out their kites that THEY constructed and decorated in Mr. Bartz's classroom! Nice job!

Last Thursday, the 2nd graders enjoyed listening to a story called "First Notes of Spring" using Zoom. The live storyteller was awesome! The students then made their own maracas and played flutes to make their own sounds of spring! Super fun way to end the day in 2nd grade!
