Guess what happened this past Friday? Beanstalks went home with the littles! If you remember, last month the JK students visited Bergmann's Greenhouse and planted their very own bean seed! They were excited to see how much they'd grown in a month!

From Mr. Kuehn's Ag Woodworking class ~
Lilli's beautifully crafted wooden flower, designed using AutoCAD, embodies creativity and technical skill. Utilizing AutoCAD, she meticulously designed every petal and detail, ensuring precision and aesthetic appeal. This integration of digital design tools with traditional woodworking techniques showcases Lilli's ability to merge technology with craftsmanship.
For her project, Lilli selected high-quality wood & finishing materials such as maple and epoxy, chosen for their workability and natural beauty. These materials were carefully shaped and carved using woodworking tools to bring her intricate design to life. Each petal was meticulously crafted, adding depth and realism to the wooden flower.
Overall, Lilli's project exemplifies the fusion of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and innovative design. Through her use of AutoCAD and selection of premium materials, she has created a stunning wooden flower that stands as a testament to her talent and creativity in woodworking.

The Spanish II students participated in the international music voting competition called Locura de Marzo. Schools in all 50 states and in 20 countries participated in this Spanish music competition. The students created brackets to select which song would win out of the 16 picks. Throughout the month of March students listened to and learned about the songs and artists that participated in Locura de Marzo. Each day two songs would battle to win the title of champion. This year we had two Spanish II winners of the bracket competition with a tie score at Clayton School. Congratulations Emily Zemke & Isabelle Schradle!
