⚗️⚙️🔎🧑💻 Recently, Clayton Technology Education Teacher Ryan Eichman attended the state Technology Education Conference. At the conference, one of the many valuable connections made was with a nonprofit organization that produces ready-made lab kits for students to promote engineering. The company Engineering Tomorrow has provided Clayton School District with over twenty different lab activities in concepts such as aerodynamics, solar energy, hydrogen power, algorithms and AI, and biotechnology, just to name a few. Students will utilize these lab activities in many high school classes and will then reteach to younger grades in their own discussions on these subjects! Thank you, Engineering Tomorrow! 👏 👏

Last week, Clayton Senior Joe Tanner joined Clear Lake youth and chaperones to participate in a service trip to western North Carolina to assist in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The team focused on clean-up and construction, working hard to clear debris and help rebuild homes and outbuildings. Their efforts provided relief and hope within the community while demonstrating the power of unity and service in times of crisis.👏 👏
